This major site comprising 350 pages, plus photos and sound clips, will reach millions of visitors and raise awareness concerning the beautiful and fragile nature of the whales of the St. Lawrence and their habitat. Whales online is produced and maintained by GREMM (the marine mammal research and education group) which is a non-profit organisation based in Tadoussac. GREMM is dedicated to education for the conservation of the marine environment and to research on the marine mammals of the St. Lawrence.
